Shipment of your order
If you order merchandise, it will generally be shipped within 1 to 2 days after receipt of your payment (which is actually immediately after completing the order) via PostNL as a letterbox package or standard package. We work with the same rules that PostNL also applies.
Shipping costs
Shipping on all our merchandise is completely free within The Netherlands and Belgium. So for these countries you pay nothing extra than the price you see in the webshop and you are not confronted with a few euros that are added to the checkout...unless you don't live in NL or B of course ;-)
Returns
Are you not satisfied with what you ordered? Then you can return it. The shipping costs associated with this are for your own account. So think carefully before you return something. You can send something back to:

Own risk
Because we hand over your order to PostNL, our responsibility ends the moment we have handed over the package. We know from experience that things can sometimes go wrong. Packages get lost, are delivered enormously delayed or arrive damaged. So we can't do anything about this. We are also at the mercy of a third party in this. Your package is therefore sent at your own risk. However, we can reassure you because we pack our products well.
